1. due to lighting, different equipment and variations between monitors, the color in the picture may be slightly different from the actual color of the product.
2. patches are cut and measured manually, so the size may differ by 1-3mm. If the patch has an irregular shape, the size is calculated based on the longest edge.
3. we will make the patches and send them by mail within 5 working days after we receive the payment. The delivery will take between 10 and 30 days.
4. shipping terms and conditions:
4.1 We guarantee the delivery, except for the cases mentioned in point 4.2. If the package is lost in the mail, we will send a new patch or refund the money.
4.2. we are not responsible (we will not return the money) if the customer has given a wrong delivery address, and we are not responsible if the customer has not collected the package from his post office. We are not responsible if the customer has not paid the customs fees if there are customs fees in the customer's country.
4.3. if a package is not delivered within 60 days, the customer must contact us. In this case, we will check the current location of the package and if it is lost, we will either send a new package or refund the money, depending on the customer's request. If the customer does not notify us of an undelivered package within 120 days of the payment date, the package will be considered delivered. Complaints on delivery will not be accepted 120 days after payment.
5. we do not accept returns because each product is made to order.
